Practice Terms & Care Agreement
By using our website and booking sessions with our practice, you agree to the following operational policies.
Provincial Residency Requirement
Due to regulatory rules set by the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO), you must be physically located within the province of Ontario at the time of your virtual appointment. We cannot conduct sessions if you are traveling outside the province.
Cancellation Policy
We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice or do not show up for your session, you will be charged the full $185 session fee. This policy applies because your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you.
Medical & Crisis Disclaimer
Our virtual practice provides non-urgent mental health care. We do not provide 24/7 crisis response or emergency medical services. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, call 911, text 988, or visit the nearest hospital emergency room.
