We do not require upfront packages or long-term commitments. You pay per session as you go.
How Insurance Claims Work
Our therapists are Registered Psychotherapists (RPs) licensed in Ontario. Most extended health benefit plans in the province cover care provided by an RP.
Step 1: Check Your Plan
Look through your benefits booklet for Registered Psychotherapist or Clinical Counselling coverage.
Step 2: Pay & Receive Receipt
After your session, your card on file is charged $185. An official receipt containing your therapist's license number is automatically emailed to you.
Step 3: Submit For Reimbursement
Upload your receipt to your insurance provider's online portal or mobile app, then submit to your provider for reimbursement.
Payment Methods
Payments are handled securely online through major credit cards or Visa Debit.
